As a landlord the last thing you want is a call in the middle of the night from tenants with a leaking roof or broken boiler. As part of our property management service, our 24-hour emergency service will be on-call to handle such crises for you.
Over the years, we have learned which contractors we can trust, all of which need to demonstrate to us that they have sufficient insurance cover to work on your property. We do not employ cowboys to work on your behalf. If any contractor provides a poor service, we strike them off our list, no excuses and no exceptions.
