As you know, OliverFinn believe that everything
should work in your home, all of the time. That’s why
we spend so much time ensuring that we have the right contractors
on tap and ready to go.
Our tenant support team work 24 hours a day to make your life easier. Please feel free to contact them with any queries you may have. Outside 9am-5pm Monday to Friday tenant support deal with emergencies only.
Emergency callouts are expensive - please consider your landlord and only employ out of hours work if absolutely necessary. If the contractor doesn’t agree that you needed emergency attention, your landlord may ask you to pay for the callout.
