The structure is simple and so flexible to suit part time, full time or even night time.

We provide you with a telephone that’s linked into our VOIP system. It’s then down to you.  It will ring at the same time as everyone else’s and “The first to the phone gets the call”. 

Convert calls to viewings then viewings to offers.  At that point, you pass the potential deal to our in-house professionals to negotiate.  If the deal goes through you just invoice 25% of our fee.  Can’t get fairer than that.
