Estate agents as an industry understand the importance of For Sale board advertising.  It is stated that statistically over 60% of successful sales are generated from board advertising.  With this in mind we have made our boards stand out from the crowd to give your property the best opportunity of being noticed.

Food for thought

If you use an agent because you feel they have the largest database of buyers, and are paying a premium for their service - why are you then allowing them to put a board up?  If 60% of buyers are introduced by For Sale boards doesn’t it make sense to use us first and potentially make a saving.  Please don’t pay a premium to get the same service.
